I do a little bit of paid gardening for a neighbour of my Mother. It’s just a few hours maybe six times a year, generally weeding and hedge trimming.
The property backs on to a busy main railway line and the weeds that survive there are tough. Brambles and Vines mainly.
This is what I was tasked with today.
General overgrowth of brambles and vines.
The front garden just needed a light tidy up.
It was a fairly easy, bar the thorns, job and took about two hours.
I’m pleased enough with the results.
Trimmed conifers, trimmed Box balls and as much of the brambles and vines cut back as I could reach.
I’ll probably back in about two months to tidy up for autumn.
